The Cleveland 19995 Convection Steamer Low Water Cutoff Switch uses the water level to detect the water level by sensing when the reservoir is low enough to break the control circuit and shut down when the water is to help avoid heating when there is no enough water. It is installed in the water compartment of the steamer of compatible convection steamer units, and is mounted where it can observe the water level directly. This switch is to be used in place of the original when the latter fails to react to the changes in water level during the regular.
