The FWE LTHDR Door Latch operates on the locking of the door using a mechanical catch, which snaps easily when the handle is clamped into position. It opens with a simple motion, which disengages the catch, and the door opens without disturbing its alignment. This element is usually mounted on the outer section of food-warming appliance doors, on which it provides a uniform closing point of frequent operation. It is meant to be incorporated with compatible units of heating in order to allow regular access when loading and unloading.
