The Wells MOD100D (208/240) Warmer W/Drain is an electric food-holding appliance that is used to keep prepared foods at proper serving temperatures in commercial kitchens. It can be used at 1200 watts on 208 or 240 volts to prepare soups, sauces and cooked entrées. The integrated drain will enable easy emptying and cleaning in case of regular maintenance.
