The Wells MOD100TD (120V) Food Warmer W/Drain 1650W 120V heats water in an internal well to keep food pans warm. It operates on the concepts of an electric heating system, which is controlled by a thermostat to heat the water bath in which the pans are placed. The unit will be mounted on countertops or serving stations. An inbuilt drainage system enables water to be discharged to clean it easily. The warmer has a heated, a control knob, a power cord, and a drain assembly, and is connected to a standard electrical outlet to work.
