The Wells MOD100TD120 Food Warmer W/Drain 1650W 120V by heating up water in an inbuilt underneath the pans. It works with an electric heating component that is regulated by a thermostat and provides uniform warmth to the water bath. The unit can be placed on the countertops, buffet lines, or serving stations. A drain is mounted at the front, so that the water can be cleaned. The warmer comes with the heated well, control knob, power cord and drain assembly, which can be easily attached to a regular electrical outlet.
