The Wells MOD100TD(120V) Food Warmer W/Drain 1650W 120V uses water in a built-in well to keep the food at a temperature. It works on an electric heating component that is regulated by a thermostat to heat the water around food pans in an even manner. The unit is to be placed on countertops or serving stations, which are convenient to use during service. A front-mounted drain enables the removal of water to be cleaned.
