The Garland 1951502 1/3 HP Convection Oven Motor with a 5/8" shaft and key is used by transforming electrical energy into rotational energy that spins the internal fan system. This rotation ensures that the air in the cooking cavity is evenly spread to ensure that the airflow in the cavity is consistent during use. The convection oven contains the motor, which is attached to the fan assembly, and it is attached to the blower wheel. It is set to operate on 208/240 V, 60/50 Hz and allows continuous movement of the fans needed to operate cooking cycles.
