The Middleby Marshall 27381-0075 Blower Motor 115/208-230V 50/60Hz 1/2HP 1725/1425 RPM operates by converting electrical power into mechanical energy to propel air in the oven system. It operates based on an electromagnetic rotor and stator system that creates rotational force which creates uniform air movement to create uniform heating. This blower motor is placed in the ventilation or air movement assembly of the oven, which is usually attached to the fan housing and it maintains a constant flow of air in the cooking chamber during operation.
