The Montague 57527-5 Convection Oven Motor Kit works by pushing the fan of the pan so that it circulates the heat all over the cooking cavity and the air moves uniformly and the temperature is evenly distributed. It is hardwired to the electrical system of the appliance and is fed on 115/230V to ensure that it stays active throughout the cooking interval. This can be installed in the rear of the heated skillet, where there are existing mounting plates and fan units to allow installation and integration into the unit.
