The Nieco NC4403E Temperature Controller is used to measure and control the cooking temperatures by taking the readings of a connected probe, and control the heating elements. It has a simple interface, which enables operators to program the preferred temperature limits and track precise readings. Intended to be fits in commercial cooking equipment, this controller is mounted directly to the appliance, and simply into the control panel of the system to maintain a constant temperature level during the cooking process.
