The Star Mfg 2I-Z21293 O-Ring Seal 1-1/16" ID X 1-3/16" OD is a tight-fitting seal that forms a compression between two mating surfaces to exclude flow of liquids or gases. The elastomer material once installed, is supple and it can fill small gaps and ensure constant contact during operation. This is placed in a special groove or channel in the parts of foodservice equipment that are compatible. It is frequently used to assist in the proper containment of units of heating, cooking, or dispensing.
