The Moffat M233883 Convection Oven Lamp Seal is made to fit around the lamp in the oven forming a protective shield between the light and the inside of the oven. It operates by creating a tight seal which assists in keeping the inside condition of the oven intact and does not allow direct contact with heat and moisture. This lamp seal is placed so that it fits into the lamp housing within the convection oven and it will not fall out of place when it is turned on.
