The Frymaster 1061238SP Natural Gas Pilot Burner Assembly is an ignition part for suitable commercial gas fryers. It generates a small, steady pilot flame which ignites the main burner system. When operating, gas passes through the pilot assembly and is lit to create a flame which will ignite the burner when cooking heat is needed. The assembly is installed in the burner compartment of the fryer, close to the primary heating elements and is linked to the gas control system. It is used in the ignition circuit with thermopiles, gas valves and burner parts to assist in the heating operations of the fryer.
