The Cleveland KE50429-5 Kettle Bottom Mount Pressure Gauge is used to monitor the amount of steam or pressure in cooking kettles and displays the reading on a dial face that is easy to read. It responds to the changes in the vessel when the thermal and steam activity varies, providing a clear signal of the internal conditions of the vessel in operation. This gauge is attached to the bottom end of the connection point of the kettle and is placed in such a way that it reaches to the internal pressure pathway and measures the pressure directly and consistently.
