Groen Z096963 Jacketed Kettle Pressure Switch 1/4" NPT

The Groen Z096963 Pressure Switch monitors pressure within jacketed kettle systems and responds to changes in steam pressure associated with the operating temperature. When the pressure hits the designated level during heating, it triggers an electrical control signal. This switch mounts directly into kettle control circuits via its 1/4" NPT thread connection to provide pressure-responsive switching coordination between the heating elements and overall system regulation on all pressurized cooking unit assemblies. It is mounted at the pressure port to which a steam monitoring and control connection is made during the operation of any thermal processing cycle.
