The Star Mfg PS-200787 Crumb Tray Guard is a component that fits the crumb tray area in compatible conveyor toasters. It is to direct crumbs into the collection tray and at the same time reduce the buildup of waste material under the unit which in turn results in better cleanout and easier maintenance. This guard is put in near the crumb tray assembly which is also a protective element within the toasters crumb collection system. This guard is used in commercial kitchens, restaurants, cafes and foodservice operations that run continuous bread, bun and bagel preparation on their conveyor toasters.
