The Winston Products PS2669 Float Switch Kit is designed to sense the level of liquids in the system, making use of a buoyant float to sense the level of the fluid and then turn on an internal switch when the fluid reaches a predetermined point. The switch will then open or close the electrical circuit to turn on and off the pumps or alarms depending on the height of the liquid. This kit is installed in commercial machines and it can be mounted inside the tank or reservoir to be connected to the fluid management system of the appliance.
