The Pitco PT60138701 Drain Valve is a flow control component designed for commercial fryers. It has a 1-1/4" NPT connection to control the flow of cooking oil from the frypot during draining and cleaning. It is operated manually to open and close the drain outlet, allowing oil to flow through. It is attached to the bottom of the frypot and the fryer's drain piping.
