The Pitco PTA1105402-C Basket Hanger Stainless Steel is designed to hold baskets in place when cooking and draining. It is mounted directly to compatible units, with baskets suspended over the level of oil to enable any surplus to drip back into the fry tank when the food is lifted. This basket hanger is mounted on the side of some commercial fryers, which gives a convenient and easy place in the cooking station. It is made of stainless steel and can withstand the high-temperature kitchen conditions, be utilised in the operations of a food service.
