The Pitco PTB6623202C Gas Fryer Filter Hose/Nozzle is used to direct the used cooking oil out of the pan into a filtering system where the hose lets the grease pass through and the larger particles are filtered out. The end nozzle provides a uniform and constant stream of the oil, which is directed into the filter unit. It is intended to be fitted on the cooking fuel outlet and is designed to fit on the cleaning assembly of the fryer to ensure that the system is connected and arranged in a way that facilitates handling of oil.
