The Robot Coupe R210 Slicing Disc 2mm cuts by rotating the food at high speed with the food processor pushing food against the sharpened blade to slice it into consistent 2mm slices with each rotation. When ingredients are passed through the feed tube, they are exposed to the disc and they are cut at the same thickness as set. It is attached to the transmission shaft. This disc is inserted into the slicing assembly and this allows operators to alternate cutting tasks by swapping discs as they are required.
