The Imperial 2033 Rack Chrome 36" ISB allows food ingredients to be set up in commercial salamander broilers, and they are lifted above heating plates to cook or brown evenly. It is fitted in the broiler compartment and is set up on specific ledges to ensure that there is the right distance between it and the source of heat. The rack enables the circulation of heat around the food and yet holds the food safely. It is set up within the cooking section of the appliance to provide uniform heat exposure, ease of handling, and uniform performance in broiling in commercial food service operations.
