The Rational Cooking Systems 2112.1307 Oven Hose 70 × 5 mm Quenching Box directs the flow rate of cooling liquid in the quenching chamber. It directs the fluid in the external supply into the quenching box, where a uniform temperature distribution is made in cooling cycles. The hose is attached to the inlet coupling and internal quenching manifold that is located in the plumbing compartment of the oven system, where the cooling is carried out. It is flexible and can be easily directed and fitted into place with other fluid conduits within the enclosure without blocking other components.
