The Rational Cooking Systems 8720.1563US Installation Kit RATL has all the wires, hoses, fittings and connectors required to connect electric combi ovens with THHN stranded wire to copper pipes, conduit, hose fittings, elbows and unions. It makes the process easier because all the required connection elements are packaged in a separate package. It is designed to be fitted along with compatible combi ovens, and it is placed next to the oven system, not in the cooking chamber itself.
