The Pitco 60127301-CL Fryer Relay Board Kit 24V is the main control unit that regulates the electrical impulses required to control the heating elements, and other parts of the fryer. It controls power circulation and communication between the controls of the fryer, so that the temperature settings and cooking cycles are correctly performed. This relay board kit is normally mounted in the control housing of the fryer where it is connected to the main wiring harness and other electronic modules.
