The Stero P546247 Solenoid Repair Kit is a valve service kit designed for commercial equipment. It is designed to fit in a 3/4" NPT solenoid valve to the normal operation of the valve during water fill and rinse cycles. The solenoid valve is a water control valve that is controlled by an electrically operated mechanism in response to instructions from the control system of the water equipment. It is mounted in the valve assembly of the water supply line to the dishwasher, to ensure better valve operation. It is part of the water control system of the appliance, and it supports to ensure accurate water management during the wash.
