The Magikitch'N RP0127 Gas Valve is a fuel control component of commercial cooking used to control the flow of gas to burners. It has a 1/8" NPT inlet and a downstream outlet that takes 3/8" by 27 threaded fittings with an internal 1/4" D-stem mechanism opening to permit the flow of gases when actuated and closing to prevent the flow when needed.
