The Bakers Pride S1094A Char Broiler Knob Chrome is a control knob fitted on a commercial so that the burner settings can be adjusted. It works by enabling the operator to turn the knob, which sends the movement to the inside valve mechanism that controls the flow of gas. This knob is mounted on the front control panel of the compatible charbroilers that are used in restaurant kitchens. It is mounted on the valve stem and provides access to either temperature or flame adjustment.
