The Anets K4400-00-C Safety Kit regulates gas flow inside the fryer heating circuit and regulates the flow of fuel to the connected pilot and burner parts. The inlet is a 3/8" FPT connection for the gas supply, and the pilot outlet is 1/4". The valve controls the flow of gas during operation in accordance with the control sequence set in the fryer and coordinates with the pilot and burner circuit. The assembly is mounted inside the gas control part of the fryer and operates inside the fryer to guide the fuel to the proper connections during the heating cycle while assisting in the operating cycle of the connected parts.
