The Lang 30401-21 Hi-Limit Thermostat is used in gas fryers and it has an auto reset feature that helps to shut off the fryer when it gets too hot. It comes with a 5/16” x 3-5/8” nickel bulb and a 36” cap and has a fixed temperature of 425°F for efficient temperature control. This thermostat is compatible with a 1/4” stuff box and features a 7-bracket for easy installation. Suitable for Dean Fryer all gas fryers and Garland Fryer UK, LC models, it increases the durability of your equipment and enhances the safety during frying processes.
