The Star Mfg 2J-Z4607 Gas Griddle Safety Valve is used in natural gas in commercial griddles. It operates to control and maintain the gas flow, which is safe to operate by eliminating unintentional ignition or overpressure situations. The valve has 1/2" FPT connections, 25 V coils, a flow-up regulator cap, and 1/4" Inset tabs that allow the valve to be installed securely. It is usually installed in the gas supply line securely operates in liaison with burners and control mechanisms to ensure the same performance and safety of the cooking process.
