The Dynamic Mixer SD92SC Salad Spinner Sealed Cover is designed to enclose the spinner container and support the operation of the salad preparation system. It operates by sliding over the top of the spinner and forming a chamber as the internal basket spins. The cover is designed to fit into the container assembly and will stay in place during processing. This piece fits into the top of the compatible 5-gallon salad spinners. It enables the encirclement of the processing area and operates as a closure part of the complete assembly of the salad spinner.
