The Server Products SER82021 Locking Collar is used to fix the pump or any other removable part of the dispenser in place by holding the shaft and ensuring that it does not turn or loosen when it is in use. It is used by threading or snapping it onto the designated part of the assembly, and then once it is in place, components are locked together. This locking collar is attached at the interface point of the pump or removable part and dispenser housing. The locking collar is normally applied in commercial foodservice dispensers.
