The Cleveland 22199 Range Steam Solenoid Valve 1/4" FPT 120V regulates the amount of water that enters the steam system and this allows the generation of steam to be accurate during cooking cycles. The valve is fitted in line with the water supply in the oven assembly, and is electrically controlled to open and close in response to the control signals of the oven. It controls the flow of water and provides the stability of the steam production and the overall functionality and safety of the appliance which is compatible with other parts of the system to ensure the correct functioning of the system.
