The Cleveland FK22193 Solenoid Valve Kit 3/4" x 3/4" 120V is used to regulate the flow of liquids or gases in commercial cooking parts. It works by opening and closing the valve with electricity, in accordance with the control signals of the appliance, to allow the accurate control of the flow of fuel or water to the extent required at various points in the cooking process. It is installed directly into the piping system of the appliance and operates with burner pumps.
