The Cleveland FK22193 Convection Steamer Steam Solenoid Valve 3/4" 120V 300F operates by receiving an electrical signal that energizes a coil, which opens or closes the internal passage to control steam flow by alternating flow pathways between inlet and outlet ports. When the coil is de-energized, the mechanism returns to its default state and regulates steam movement within the connected system according to operational demand in response to system control input from the steamer's electrical circuit. Installed in convection steamers, the valve is positioned within the steam line assembly to manage steam entry into the cooking chamber during operation within commercial equipment setups.
