The Henny Penny 38446 Fryer Gas Solenoid Valve operates by opening and closing the gasoline passage when energized by a 120V, 60Hz electrical signal, controlling the flow of fuel to the system burner during operation. Its 1/2-inch connection allows gas to pass simply when the valve receives the proper electrical input from the control system. This unit is installed within the supply line of compatible commercial fryers, positioned between the source and burner assembly.
