The Southbend SOU1034900 Door Spring Hook Left Hand functions by hooking the door to the spring assembly, and then it can be moved around in a controlled manner. It is firmly fixed to the spring, so that it is in better tension to perform consistently. It is left-hand designed and is mounted on the opposite side of the door where it fits perfectly into the entire assembly. This is a component that is integrated into the current door and spring system.
