The Southbend SOU1179104 Blower Wheel 9-7/8" Dia x 2-1/4" W is a component of an airflow system designed to circulate heated air in compatible convection oven systems. It is 9-7/8" in diameter and 2-1/4" wide and works with the blower assembly to deliver air to all parts of the cooking chamber. The blower wheel is fitted in commercial ovens and acts as a part of the blower system and connected parts to assist in the even heat movement. The use of its role assists food to be prepared in a coordinated way and to assist routine food preparation activities.
