The Southbend SOU15875 Top Pilot Assembly is a pilot burner assembly for use in matching commercial systems. It provide a steady flame, which lights the main burner when the system requires heat. The gas is passed through the pilot assembly at a controlled flow rate, which produces a continuous flame for an accurate ignition of the burner. The part is mounted next to the top burner that needs to be ignited immediately. It facilitates the efficient startup of the burner to ensure consistent gas ignition and to support consistent heating performance during the operation of the foodservice.
