The Southbend SOU3002761 Combi Oven 2-Speed Motor 208/230V is powered by a motor that rotates the internal fan system at two adjustable levels to provide adequate circulation of air to facilitate even cooking and steaming. It is linked to 208/230 V power supply and is interlinked with the monitoring system of the kitchen appliance to control the rotation and timing. It is fitted in the motor compartment which enables the pan to maintain a steady airflow and enables different cooking options.
