The Wells SS206D-120V Well Assembly 120V operates by supplying an enclosed basin that uniformly distributes the heat of an in built heating component to sustain controlled warming of food. It works by means of electrical power that heats the element and passes the heat to the metal well surface and into compatible food pans or containers. This assembly is generally mounted into countertop or built-in warming equipment, and located in the primary heating cavity so that it fits into power connections and mounting hardware to be firmly mounted.
