The Keating 062988 On/Off Rocker Switch controls electrical power by opening or closing the circuit when the rocker is moved between its operating positions. Pressing one side changes the internal contacts, allowing current to reach connected equipment or interrupting the electrical path. This switch is mounted on the equipment control panel where the operator can access the power selector. It is used with cooking appliances and commercial foodservice machinery. The housing accommodates the switching mechanism and wiring connections allowing equipment operations to be started or stopped through a simple manual action during kitchen operation.
