Manufacturer:

The Keating 029769 Pilot Kit is created to assist in the provision of dependable ignition to the Keating gas griddles and other commercial cooking appliances. The kit supplies a small, sustained pilot flame by its 3/16 and 1/4 gas tubing. The orifice limits and controls the flow of the gas so that the pilot flame is kept constant and of the right size, which is vital to the safe ignition of the main burner. The main gas flow is ignited by the persistence pilot flame when the main burner is switched on so that the startup becomes smooth and safe.
