The Frymaster 8071041 Toggle Switch On/Off SPDT is used as the main control switch to turn on and off fryer parts. It allows operators to open, or close electrical circuits in the control panel of the fryer manually. This switch is used to make sure that heating and safety systems operate consistently in commercial fryers. Its single-pole double-throw design enables it to switch between circuit positions, which is accurate in switching performance in the foodservice setting.
