The Groen Z076680 Tilting Braising Pan Swivel Joint is used to join water or fluid lines and can also be rotated between fixed and tilting portions. It contains 1/2" male and 1/2" female connectors and hence a closed route in the flow of the pans. It is attached between the supply piping and the tilting mechanism and moves without forcing straining lines to which it is attached. Being an essential fluid connection device, it provides a stable operation and controlled flow of commercial cooking systems.
