The TurboChef TBC102660 Conveyor Belt 20 x 35-3/4" moves the product through the oven by moving the items along the length of the belt as the drive system rotates the belt surface. It operates by interlacing with sprockets or rollers which work on the edges of the belt to drag it forward at a prescribed speed to move trays, pizzas other products through the cooking chamber. This conveyor belt is within the cooking path of the oven and attached to the drive assembly to become part of the transport system of the oven when it is in operation.
