The Carter Hoffmann 18616-0010 Recessed Thermometer measures temperature within the range of 20°F to 220°F. Having a 2-inch dial and 3 inches front flange it is suitable for use in different fields where calibrated temperature readings are required. The thermometer is provided with 36 inch capillary tube and a 3/8” x 2-1/4” bulb to measure the temperature. Its bottom connection of 1/8” MPT also makes it easy to install. Perfect for use in restaurants, cafeterias, and other large kitchens, and industries, it is a perfect thermometer that ensures accurate temperature tracking to give better performance and safety.
