The Moffat M233607 Thermostat EGO 50-260C, is used to control the temperature of commercial ovens to ensure the same amount of heat is present throughout the cooking process. It is installed in the control assembly of the oven and measures the temperature inside the oven and turns the heating elements on, or off accordingly. It has a variable temperature of 50 to 260 degrees Celsius, hence suitable to regulate temperature in different cooking conditions.
