The Delfield 2194372 Thermostat measures the temperature and controls the heating or cooling process in compatible equipment during operation. The sensing mechanism in the control component is used to detect temperature changes and assist in controlling cycles and maintaining selected temperatures. This part is designed to be mounted in the control area of commercial foodservice units where temperature adjustment and system regulation is needed. It has a 2-1/2" x 3-3/8" and, 1/4" round shaft, and 1/8" pins all of which are the same equipment.
