The Star Mfg 2T-Z4823 Oven Gas Thermostat is an accurate control mechanism is used to control temperatures to a maximum of 450 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a 3/16” x 7” bulb and a bypass which can be adjusted to maintain the heat by regulating the gas supply to the burner.
